The Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist at M42 in Abu Dhabi is responsible for leading the design, refinement, and execution of advanced laboratory tests, particularly in clinical genomics and HLA molecular diagnostics. This includes tests such as tissue typing, antibody screening, PCR amplification, and sequence-based typing. The role requires maintaining strict compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, while ensuring high-quality and reliable test results. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex laboratory data, mentoring junior staff, managing laboratory equipment, and contributing to innovative diagnostic initiatives aligned with precision medicine.
