Job description
The Strategic Communication & Partnerships Consultant in Riyadh supports the CEO Office by enhancing executive communications, strategic positioning, and partnership initiatives. The consultant ensures alignment with corporate strategy, approved messaging frameworks, and organizational priorities. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, Corporate Communications, Strategy, and Advisory teams, the role combines research, analysis, and content development to optimize executive decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the CEO’s media and public positioning strategy across internal and external platforms.
- Prepare high-quality executive materials including briefing notes, talking points, backgrounders, and summaries.
- Conduct research and analysis on strategic topics, sector trends, partnerships, and global developments to inform executive communications.
- Support coordination of strategic partnerships and external engagements, including stakeholder mapping, follow-ups, and event preparation.
- Draft and refine executive communications and thought leadership content aligned with the CEO’s tone and organizational messaging.
- Prepare pre- and post-engagement briefs for events and high-level interactions, capturing key outcomes and action points.
- Ensure quality control of all CEO-facing materials, enhancing clarity, structure, and consistency.
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking systems for engagements, partnerships, and communications activities.
- Support prioritization and tracking of CEO Office deliverables to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Identify communication and positioning opportunities based on trends and organizational priorities.
- Perform additional analytical, coordination, and communication tasks as assigned by the Chief of Staff or CEO.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field; postgraduate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in strategic communications, consulting, partnerships, or related functions.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders or working within CEO/leadership offices is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to develop high-quality executive content, briefings, and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, quality control, and ability to maintain consistency across communications.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
