Tahaluf, a groundbreaking events company reshaping the B2B and live events landscape in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and contracting operations across marketing, operations, and production teams. In this high-impact role, you will play a vital part in driving cost efficiencies, streamlining procurement processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing supplier value. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier value across departments.
- Develop and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, rate cards, and procurement frameworks for multiple event portfolios.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and ensure compliance with procurement and financial policies.
- Oversee full procurement lifecycle including purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation with Finance teams.
- Prepare RFPs and tender documents; lead commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and generate regular reports on cost trends, vendor performance, and supply chain risks.
- Support project managers in aligning procurement processes with event timelines and deliverables.
- Enhance use of competitive sourcing practices and reduce reliance on single-source vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services critical to event success.
- Foster long-term partnerships with key vendors and secure value-in-kind agreements to reduce operational spend.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, financial reconciliation, and procurement administration.
- Advanced skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of the KSA/GCC market and procurement regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to managing procurement workflows.
- Ability to manage supply chain risks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
