The role focuses on end-to-end implementation of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platforms. The consultant is responsible for delivering full lifecycle GRC tool implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support. The role involves configuring core GRC modules such as risk management, compliance, policy management, issue management, business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery (DR), and third-party risk management. The position includes integration of GRC platforms with enterprise systems such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), document repositories, and cybersecurity tools. The role requires strong documentation capabilities including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), configuration guides, and user documentation. Additional responsibilities include post-go-live support, issue resolution, platform enhancements, user onboarding, and continuous improvement of GRC systems based on evolving regulatory requirements. The consultant collaborates with risk, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization. The role also includes participation in project governance, planning, reporting, and delivery coordination. The position requires strong expertise in enterprise GRC platforms such as RSA Archer and ServiceNow IRM, strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and audit principles, and experience working in regulated environments, preferably in the UAE or similar markets.
