Job description
Marketing Communications Analyst role based in Riyadh, supporting Sales & Marketing for The Cigna Group (Cigna Healthcare / Evernorth Health Services) with bilingual (English & Arabic) marketing communications execution including content creation/localization, internal communications, social media operations, reporting, collateral governance, events, product launches, and digital platform launch communications. Assists in creating and localizing marketing content in English and Arabic for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals, and campaigns; supports internal communications such as newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, and town halls; drafts basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events. Manages social media calendars, monitors engagement, and coordinates with agencies for content publishing; tracks performance metrics and prepares simple reports. Maintains and audits marketing collateral for accuracy and compliance and coordinates updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders. Assists planning and execution of wellness events and local activations and provides logistical support for internal and external events. Supports marketing for new product launches including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication; supports launching and communicating new digital platforms including website, mobile app, and broker portal. Supports relationship-building activities with partners including providers, clients, and brokers; coordinates with vendors and internal teams for approvals and logistics; coordinates with PR agencies for campaign execution and launches; prepares basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes. Qualifications include bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/related field, 1–2 years experience in marketing or communications (internship acceptable), strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint), and detail-oriented organization. Role notes include hybrid mode and flexibility and requires knowledge of Saudi market and cultural norms plus basic understanding of digital marketing and event planning.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Have 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications with internship experience acceptable
- Be able to write and communicate in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal capability
- Be familiar with social media platforms and be able to manage social media calendars and monitor engagement
- Be able to use basic design tools including Canva and PowerPoint
- Be able to track performance metrics and produce simple reports on campaign performance and event outcomes
- Be able to maintain and audit marketing collateral for accuracy and compliance and coordinate stakeholder updates and material distribution
- Be able to support planning and execution of wellness events, local activations, and provide event logistics support for internal and external events
