Job description
The Manager – Mobility, Aerospace, Infrastructure, and Tourism Strategy role at Strategy& involves leading and delivering strategic consulting engagements across sectors including mobility, aviation, aerospace and defense, infrastructure, transportation, tourism, logistics, and maritime. As part of PwC’s global strategy consulting business, the role combines strategic foresight with practical execution to help public and private sector clients design and implement transformative strategies. The position requires ownership of day-to-day client relationships, leadership of project teams, direction of quantitative analysis, and translation of analytical insights into clear, persuasive strategic recommendations. Managers operate in an autonomous consulting environment, delivering high-quality outputs, building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coaching junior team members while contributing to growth across Middle East markets including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Lebanon.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategy consulting engagements across mobility, aerospace, infrastructure, transportation, and tourism sectors.
- Own day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary engagement lead for assigned projects.
- Plan, manage, and oversee delivery of high-quality strategic work in an autonomous consulting environment.
- Direct and review quantitative analysis, determining appropriate depth and ensuring analytical rigor.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
- Produce concise, persuasive written presentations and deliver formal and informal presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance on project outputs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
- Build productive, long-term client relationships across multiple levels of client organizations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities as they arise within client engagements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants while fostering high-performing project teams.
Experience & skills
- Hold an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
- Possess an MBA or other postgraduate degree from a top-tier university.
- Demonstrate an exemplary academic record with recognition through awards or elite academic programs.
- Have 7 to 10 years of professional experience gained in top-tier strategy consulting firms or a combination of blue-chip corporates and strategy consultancies.
- Demonstrate consulting experience in aviation, construction, logistics, mobility, aerospace and defense, transportation, tourism, or maritime sectors.
- Show a strong track record of rapid career progression and high performance within prior organizations.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and flexibility in managing diverse responsibilities.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with business-level fluency in English.
- Demonstrate Arabic language capability, considered an advantage.
