Job description
Tahaluf is seeking a passionate Video Editor on a short-term contract (until November) to support flagship events such as Cityscape Global and the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh. The role requires creating engaging, high-quality video content, including promos, event highlights, interviews, and motion graphics. Candidates should be proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro, with additional experience in After Effects and Illustrator preferred. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing video content brand, working remotely but aligned to Saudi Arabian working hours.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Create, manage, and deliver video assets for Tahaluf events.
- Edit video content using Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro, with motion graphics in After Effects/Illustrator.
- Produce promo videos, event highlights, interviews, and keynote session edits.
- Support pre-event pre-recordings and post-event live recordings and delivery.
- Transcode files into appropriate formats for livestreaming/on-demand and deliver media in multiple formats.
- Interpret and help produce creative briefs and storyboards.
- Manage media and cloud storage efficiently.
- Stay updated on video production technologies and recommend improvements.
- Work on branding/graphics for virtual and hybrid events (bumpers, lower thirds, holding slides).
- Collaborate with marketing and editing teams to meet deadlines under event conditions.
Experience & skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in video editing (Premiere Pro/FCP X).
- At least 1 year of graphics creation experience (After Effects/Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Experience in digital media production for events, conferences, or television broadcast preferred.
- Ability to travel and work occasional nights/weekends during event periods.
- Available to work Sunday–Thursday, 9am–5:30pm AST (Saudi time zone).
- Advanced After Effects skills are a strong advantage.
