Job description
The Corporate Account Manager at Cigna Insurance Middle East (CIME) is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, achieving retention targets, and driving continuous business growth through strategic client engagement, cross-selling, and high-quality service delivery. This role will also handle renewal negotiations, reporting, and support strategic business initiatives while serving as the primary liaison with corporate clients and intermediaries.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with assigned CIME corporate clients, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at retention and profitability
- Engage with clients and intermediaries to renew and expand existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver product proposals and service improvements
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio
- Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with legal and marketing to develop client-facing materials
- Support product development and provide feedback from the client base
- Ensure re-installation of schemes at renewal is thorough and professional
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies
- Track deliverables, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate forecasts
- Liaise with Customer Service teams to resolve service issues promptly
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a health insurance management environment
- Bachelorās degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Experience with ME insurance market and products preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in public speaking and presentations
- Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Passion for health and wellness is desirable
