Job description
Anghami Inc., the MENA region’s leading entertainment streaming platform and parent of Anghami and OSN+, is hiring a Bilingual Social Media Manager in Dubai to lead social media strategy, content, and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. The role requires a balance of creativity, strategy, and analytics to grow audiences, increase engagement, and amplify campaigns across both brands. Responsibilities include building and managing content calendars, overseeing community management, driving paid and organic campaign amplification, and partnering with influencers and creators. This position demands fluency in English and Arabic, strong storytelling skills, and expertise in digital consumer trends across MENA.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy for OSN+ and Anghami to support brand, content, and business goals
- Lead planning and execution of content calendars aligned with campaigns and content launches
- Identify opportunities for platform-specific growth and brand differentiation
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop engaging, locally relevant content
- Oversee daily publishing and community management across platforms
- Ensure creative consistency and brand tone across all content
- Integrate social into broader campaign planning and amplification strategies
- Support paid social campaigns to maximize reach and ROI
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships to drive UGC and organic growth
- Monitor, track, and report on social performance and KPIs with actionable insights
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to refine strategies
- Use analytics and audience insights to optimize social strategy and creative execution
- Coordinate with regional teams for localized content, especially in KSA
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, CRM, and product teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience managing social media for high-growth brands, preferably in entertainment or digital platforms
- Proven success in building and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Strong understanding of creative storytelling, platform trends, and MENA digital consumer behavior
- Experience with influencers, social creators, and UGC campaigns
- Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
