Job description
Nord Anglia International School Dubai is a purpose-built campus of more than 3,000 students, rated Outstanding by KHDA, BSO and NEASC, and this Key Stage 2 maternity cover starts in January 2027. Learning activities follow the school's Primary curriculum, rooted in the British Curriculum and adapted to the school's setting. High expectations are the norm, so lessons need to stretch every child while keeping the classroom respectful. Questioning and discussion sit at the heart of how learning happens here. Parents expect to be kept involved, and finding fresh ways to connect them and their children with the wider school community is part of the job. Colleagues will look to you to share good practice, and feedback from leaders should be welcomed rather than resisted. Professional development through Nord Anglia University is available throughout. Candidates need a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification and considerable teaching experience, along with eligibility for a UAE visa. Safeguarding checks include criminal record checks from every country of residence in the last 10 years.
