Job description
The Specialist Marketing Communications - Customer & Channels is responsible for developing impactful and compliant content across customer care, telesales, physical stores, and sensory brand touchpoints. This includes leveraging market research and geo-marketing insights to ensure personalized and effective communication strategies that enhance customer experience. The role involves coordination with agencies for copywriting and design services, budget management, and optimization of communications to drive digital self-service deflection. The specialist monitors customer sentiment, engages in cross-functional collaboration, manages vendors, and supports communications across internal clients and external partners to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Support Digital Services and Customer Experience by delivering effective content across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure brand-compliant, personalized, and market-researched communications
- Coordinate with agencies for copywriting, design, and other services
- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to optimize communication strategies
- Manage communication-related budgets for assigned projects
- Drive IVR and retail deflection communication towards app usage
- Build strong internal partnerships to align communication with business goals
- Conduct and document meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring actionable follow-ups
Experience & skills
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- 2â5 yearsâ experience in Marketing Communications, events, PR, Sales or Business Development
- Minimum 1-year experience in vendor management
- Experience in integrated communication, content writing or touchpoints management preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong project planning, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of UAE market and segment-specific media habits
