Job description
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst ā B2B Field Marketing to support its Services business unit in the EEMEA region. This role will drive demand generation campaigns aligned with product growth objectives and support marketing activities across field, digital, and content channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with global and regional teams, coordinate events, manage multi-channel campaigns, and optimize lead flow processes. This position requires strong experience in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns for Mastercard Services in EEMEA, driving mid- and bottom-funnel engagement.
- Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with country marketing, partner marketing, sales, and business development teams to align joint campaigns with business goals.
- Localize and create promotional content including campaign copy, speaker submissions, and presentation materials.
- Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with account-based marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve marketing/sales lead handoff, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Track campaign effectiveness and deliver reporting for optimization and decision-making.
- Support integration of marketing automation tools and CRM systems into campaign workflows.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the EEMEA region.
- Strong understanding of field, content, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Proven experience writing campaign content and managing hands-on campaign execution.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with marketing data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
