Job description
The Senior Specialist β Human Capital Digitalization role at Core42 sits within the HR Analytics & Digital team and is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing enterprise HR systems to support secure, compliant, and efficient employee lifecycle management. Operating in an AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure organization, the role focuses on implementing digital HR workflows, managing system configurations and customizations within SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms, and coordinating system changes with external vendors. The position ensures alignment between HR and IT on system architecture and roadmaps, monitors system performance, drives adoption of digital HR platforms, and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and local data protection laws. The role also supports HR technology audits, risk assessments, and leverages system usage analytics to inform optimization and future investments while staying informed on emerging AI technologies relevant to HR digitalization.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement digital workflows to enhance employee lifecycle management processes
- Maintain, configure, and enhance HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT teams to align on system architecture and technology roadmap
- Develop, test, and deploy system configurations and customizations
- Coordinate with vendors to implement HR system changes at pace
- Monitor HR system performance and identify optimization and innovation opportunities
- Ensure system security, access controls, and compliance with GDPR and local data privacy regulations
- Drive adoption of HR digital platforms through communication and user engagement strategies
- Analyze system usage metrics to support decision-making and future HR technology investments
- Support internal audits and risk assessments related to HR technology and systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and digital HR solutions
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of data governance, change management, and system lifecycle development
- Experience working in global organizations with multi-country HR system implementations
- Familiarity with SAP CPI or similar middleware and integration tools
- Working knowledge of APIs and system interoperability
- Strong vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Awareness of current AI trends and emerging technologies relevant to HR digitalization
