Job description
The Senior Engineering Program Supervisor at Honeywell is a senior leadership role responsible for managing complex lifecycle management (LCM) programs covering both Capex projects and Opex service contracts. Based in Yanbu, the role acts as the single point of accountability for all Honeywell systems installed in the area, leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and partnering with sales, operations, and customers to drive growth, operational excellence, safety, and profitability.

Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplinary team including program managers, field service, field operations, projects, and support specialists
- Drive achievement of strategic growth objectives through talent development, retention, and capability building
- Own financial performance across Capex and Opex scopes including orders, revenue, margin, billing, cash, and forecasting
- Deploy growth initiatives and partner with Honeywell Lines of Business (HCI, PAS, PMC, HBT) to maximize regional opportunities
- Act as Honeywell’s primary focal point for all installed systems in the Yanbu area
- Develop and execute operational plans in coordination with Field Service and Field Operations Managers
- Manage customer communications in line with contract-specific communication plans and governance models
- Support service escalation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Manage modernization programs, migrations, outages, and system upgrades
- Approve and govern change requests with risk and benefit assessments
- Ensure compliance with customer change management processes
- Oversee documentation accuracy and system performance metrics
- Manage third-party contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery
- Partner with Quality teams to close corrective actions and improve processes
- Champion Honeywell’s safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE standards
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in technical program management and leadership of complex industrial systems
- Strong understanding of financial management including P&L ownership
- Experience in service and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of engineering, field operations, and supply chain principles
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English
- Experience working with Honeywell systems, applications, and service platforms
- Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate in high-risk, mission-critical industrial environments
