Job description
Homebox is seeking a Content & Creative Marketing Manager to lead all creative output across channels in the GCC, serving as the guardian of the Homebox brand. This role involves translating business objectives into compelling creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and developing content strategies in collaboration with the Category team. The manager will oversee integrated campaign development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and category-specific content for furniture, décor, organization, and outdoor categories. Responsibilities include content strategy creation across owned channels, production management for photoshoots and video shoots, briefing and directing designers, artists, photographers, and videographers, developing shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction documents, and overseeing copywriting in English and Arabic. The role also entails brand adherence, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, reviewing and approving all creative work, staying ahead of retail and lifestyle marketing trends, and managing agency/vendor relationships with budget oversight.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal and topical campaign calendars across all channels, ensuring creative cohesion and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead integrated campaign development from brief to post-campaign analysis for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special initiatives.
- Partner with Category teams to understand product strategies and develop communication roadmaps that integrate category plans into brand campaigns.
- Develop content strategies that support brand storytelling across owned channels including website, social media, email, and in-store displays.
- Manage production logistics including photoshoots, video shoots, AI content workflows, and creative asset creation.
- Brief and direct designers, artists, photographers, and videographers for product and lifestyle shoots, ensuring alignment with creative vision.
- Develop shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction documents to guide content production and ensure visual consistency.
- Oversee copywriting for campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging in English and Arabic.
- Serve as custodian of the Homebox brand, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and markets.
- Review and approve all creative output before release, ensuring quality, brand adherence, and timely delivery.
- Stay informed of industry trends in retail, home decor, and lifestyle marketing to inform creative strategy.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including briefing, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
Experience & skills
- 6–8 years of experience in creative and brand management, preferably in furniture retail.
- Strong creative direction skills with a portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand development, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in brand management, including brand guidelines development, brand architecture, and brand governance.
- Design literacy with strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
- Experience in agency/vendor management including briefing, relationship management, and budget negotiation.
- Proven production management experience for photoshoots, video production, and creation of print and digital assets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
