Job description
Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of Honeywell businesses. You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play a role in executing financial performance and finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support Honeywell business leaders and finance initiatives. You will also support trend identification and decision-making for competitive environments.

Key responsibilities
- Use financial and operational data to analyze trends and provide meaningful performance insight.
- Understand the BA Products business model and key drivers to support growth and stabilization.
- Provide input to evaluate investments, including orders negotiation and payment terms.
- Assess growth opportunities with leadership, including country- and service-specific strategies.
- Advocate for financial compliance while providing sound financial guidance.
- Interpret business profitability and leading indicators including margin and growth analysis.
- Lead AOP planning for a region and monthly financial reviews.
- Review working capital and direct initiatives to improve cash flow.
- Set working capital targets and participate in cash calls with WC lead.
- Oversee general accounting compliance and book closures.
- Collect, organize, and interpret sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts and performance reports by region and product line.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support C2C efficiency and business decisions.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail orientation and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
