Job description
Al Mubarak AB in Kuwait is the site this role runs, with Boeing Global Services placing a Base Manager on the ground full time to lead Field Service employees performing technical and specialist work at the base and at customer or supplier facilities. Customer support strategies and tactics get developed and executed here to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage and grow the business. Post-sale coordination sits at the center of the job, covering installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, test, repair, engineering change improvements and preventive maintenance performed at the customer's site. Business plans, policies, procedures and organizational and technical strategies all fall under your development. Suppliers get managed technically, resources get acquired and applied, and process improvements move forward under your direction. You'll build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports across the base. Technical approaches, products and processes need your oversight and sign-off before they move forward. As Control Account Manager, you carry responsibility for a site program valued at over $40 million. This is a long-term expatriate assignment, based 100 percent on-site, with relocation benefits provided for the move to Kuwait.
