Job description
We are looking for a telesales Relationship Manager to be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential investors in Saudi Arabia. Your primary goal will be to drive investment through our platform by engaging with leads generated from our digital campaigns, organic leads and your own network. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can communicate effectively, understand client needs, and provide tailored investment solutions. You will also collaborate with our Dubai team and support the Head of Investor Relations on offline investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with digital leads generated from social media campaigns and other marketing channels.
- Understand investor profiles and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities on our platform.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional investment opportunities to existing clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing investors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our platform.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to enhance investor satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Dubai-based team to share leads and insights.
- Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to identify and pursue offline investment opportunities in KSA.
- Stay updated on the real estate market trends in KSA and the UAE.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our platformâs offerings and competitive advantages.
- Track and report on lead engagement, conversion rates, and client feedback.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Investor Relations on your activities and outcomes.
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector.
- Experience working with digital leads and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
