Job description
Red Sea Global's developments along the Red Sea coast rely on materials and equipment arriving from overseas, and this Manager at Red Sea Coastal Trading Company oversees how that freight moves and clears customs. Bookings, documentation and customs clearance are coordinated for every shipment. Trucking, sea freight and air freight are arranged to suit each consignment, with routes and methods chosen to cut cost. Bills of lading, commercial invoices and export and import documents need to be accurate and on time. Compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements is maintained throughout. Shipments are tracked closely, and delays are resolved before they affect remote destinations. Clients, suppliers and carriers stay in regular contact with you, and MIS reports go to corporate and functional teams. Safety, quality and environmental policies apply to every activity, and process improvements are identified against international best practice. Expect to bring 9+ years in supply chain and logistics operations, strong leadership skills and a degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management, with an MBA preferred.
