Job description
The Head of Growth & Marketing will lead and own the marketing and growth strategy for next-generation schools in Saudi Arabia, driving brand awareness, enrollments, and market presence. The role involves shaping Noonâs brand narrative to resonate with students, parents, and communities while leading creative, visual, and messaging initiatives across campaigns, channels, and cities. The position requires building and executing go-to-market strategy across product lines, managing marketing calendars aligned with admissions cycles and school launches, and executing high-impact events such as school launches, parent open houses, student expos, and brand activations. The role includes managing top-of-funnel growth, driving brand visibility, planning field activations, parent engagement campaigns, and school-based experiences to convert trust into enrollments. The Head of Growth & Marketing will collaborate cross-functionally with product, experience, and school teams to unlock growth bottlenecks and accelerate expansion. The role also involves managing agencies, influencers, designers, and event producers, ensuring quality output within timelines and budgets. The candidate will lead storytelling initiatives, transform student experiences into shareable brand content, and execute growth initiatives aligned with business goals including revenue growth, student acquisition, and brand positioning. The role requires on-ground marketing execution, working directly with schools, students, and parents while aligning creative direction with strategic planning, marketing analytics, and operational execution to scale education offerings across Saudi Arabia.
