Key responsibilities

• Ensuring correct revenue recognition for the various forms of client engagements per company policy through assessing the quality of WIP/AR and the need for reserves/write-offs
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, as well as regulatory and statutory requirements
• Managing working capital by closely following WIP/AR and interacting with clients/consultants to streamline processes
• Monitoring of contractual billing terms and ensuring project teams adhere to terms on time
• Ensuring month-end account reconciliation in agreed areas is performed
• Completing and reviewing various year-end accounting packages
• Interfacing with both internal and external audit functions for IFRS and local GAAP
• Assisting with audits, especially around WIP/AR/Revenue recognition
• Key accounting activities including GL, WIP, AR, treasury, and tax reporting
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Sharing knowledge with peers and participating in finance projects
