Job description
As a Senior Executive, youâll play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring robust financial controls across the business. Youâll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and improve internal processes. This role is part of a growing, global professional services firm that values authenticity, flexibility, and community impact.

Key responsibilities
- Ensuring correct revenue recognition for the various forms of client engagements per company policy through assessing the quality of WIP/AR and the need for reserves/write-offs
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, as well as regulatory and statutory requirements
- Managing working capital by closely following WIP/AR and interacting with clients/consultants to streamline processes
- Monitoring of contractual billing terms and ensuring project teams adhere to terms on time
- Ensuring month-end account reconciliation in agreed areas is performed
- Completing and reviewing various year-end accounting packages
- Interfacing with both internal and external audit functions for IFRS and local GAAP
- Assisting with audits, especially around WIP/AR/Revenue recognition
- Key accounting activities including GL, WIP, AR, treasury, and tax reporting
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Sharing knowledge with peers and participating in finance projects
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Chartered/Certified accountant qualification â CA, ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, CPA is preferred
- Strong accounting, analytical, numerical and structural skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Familiarity with accounting software systems and workflows (preferably Microsoft D365, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous
- Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel to various client sites
