Job description
The Senior Manager, Logistics & Services manages and leads project Logistics initiatives for ROSHN, a national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund, by driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, process optimization and compliance monitoring. The role oversees implementation of Logistics systems and processes across the organization; establishes and monitors key performance indicators to evaluate quality and efficiency of operations; conducts audits and reviews to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement; develops and implements corrective actions to resolve issues; leads teams in analyzing data to determine root cause of problems and recommend solutions; establishes standards, policies, procedures and work instructions; provides guidance, coaching and training to staff on Logistics related matters; implements measurement and control systems to ensure compliance with standards; manages development of new Logistics systems, technologies and methods; drives cultural change to establish best in class logistics management as a core organizational value; and engages stakeholders at all levels to gain commitment to set goals. Key responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of Logistics systems and processes across the organization to standardize operations
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the quality and efficiency of logistics operations
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement across projects
- Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve identified logistics issues and prevent recurrence
- Lead teams in analyzing operational data to determine root causes of problems and recommend solutions
- Establish standards, policies, procedures and work instructions for Logistics functions
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to staff on Logistics related matters to uplift capability
- Implement measurement and control systems to ensure compliance with established standards
- Manage the development of new Logistics systems, technologies and methods to enhance performance

- Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain commitment to defined logistics goals and initiatives
Experience & skills
- Diploma in Logistics Management or related field
- 10+ yearsâ experience in similar programs
- Related certification in Construction project Logistics management
- Proven ability to oversee implementation of logistics systems and processes across an organization
- Demonstrated experience establishing and monitoring KPIs for quality and operational efficiency
- Experience conducting audits and reviews to identify non-conformances and improvement opportunities
- Capability to develop and implement corrective actions and lead root cause analysis initiatives
- Track record in establishing standards, policies, procedures and work instructions for logistics
- Experience implementing measurement and control systems to ensure compliance with standards
- Ability to manage development of new logistics systems, technologies and methods and engage stakeholders at all levels
