Job description
Sales Account Manager KSA (KYC/AML Solutions) role within a global B2B fintech provider delivering compliance, payments, and risk management solutions to financial institutions including banks. The position is responsible for driving B2B software sales across regulated finance environments, managing strategic accounts, and supporting both existing clients and newly generated accounts. The role involves full sales cycle ownership from prospecting to deal closure and collection, including managing RFI/RFP processes, preparing and delivering proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging in technical discussions with prospects. The role requires strong knowledge of financial services and infrastructure industry trends, compliance, payments, KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions, and risk management systems. The candidate must use CRM systems to track sales performance and ensure effective pipeline management. Responsibilities include coordinating vendor audit processes, ensuring information security and confidentiality, and complying with internal policies including Code of Ethics, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements. The role supports financial institutions with compliance and risk solutions and requires engagement with regulated banking environments. The position operates within a structured sales environment targeting quarterly and annual revenue goals and maintaining strong client relationships across assigned portfolios.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle for KYC/AML and financial compliance software solutions, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, closure, and post-sale revenue collection
- Develop, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with banking and financial institution clients, ensuring alignment of fintech solutions with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements
- Prepare, structure, and deliver commercial proposals, ensuring accurate alignment with customer requirements and competitive positioning of compliance and risk solutions
- Lead and manage end-to-end RFI and RFP processes, including coordination with internal technical, product, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Conduct client meetings, executive-level presentations, and product demonstrations, including technical discussions with prospects in banking and financial services environments
- Manage CRM systems effectively to track opportunities, maintain pipeline accuracy, generate forecasts, and provide reporting on sales performance and revenue projections
- Coordinate vendor audit processes and respond to client information requests while ensuring compliance with security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets while contributing to overall business growth strategies and supporting company-wide fintech initiatives
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, IT, or a related discipline with strong relevance to sales, financial services, or technology domains
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software application sales, preferably within banking, fintech, compliance, payments, or enterprise financial systems environments
- Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B enterprise sales processes including complex deal negotiation, account management, and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of financial services industry including banking operations, payments infrastructure, compliance frameworks, KYC, AML, and risk management solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking in enterprise environments
- Ability to participate in technical and solution-oriented discussions, including product demonstrations and engagement with IT and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes, proposal structuring, and enterprise procurement cycles within regulated industries
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities in both Arabic (native level) and English (fluent), with ability to engage senior stakeholders in financial institutions
