Job description
The Marketing Lead Analyst β MEA is responsible for leading assigned marketing projects, supporting digital initiatives, and driving Customer Experience (CX) workstreams across the Middle East and Africa region for Cigna Healthcare. The role combines hands-on project execution leadership with marketing planning and CX expertise, operating within established frameworks and under guidance from senior leaders. The incumbent contributes to marketing and CX strategy development, defines and builds reporting and KPI frameworks, and represents marketing inputs in cross-functional and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include leading integrated marketing plans for product and service launches, awareness and engagement campaigns, and cross-functional projects; supporting CX initiatives and digital transformation in collaboration with CX, Operations, Digital/IT and Product teams; ensuring UX and brand consistency across CX initiatives and digital applications; tracking and reporting launch performance; and partnering with digital and product teams to improve customer journeys, digital funnels and engagement outcomes. The role also requires defining KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction metrics, producing concise senior leadership reports with insights and recommendations, and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Operations teams. Experience in healthcare, health insurance or financial services marketing is considered beneficial.

Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of assigned marketing projects with clear scope, timelines, risk management and documentation
- Develop integrated marketing plans including product and service launches, awareness campaigns, engagement campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
- Represent marketing requirements in functional and transformation projects to ensure early and effective integration
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications, Partner Engagement, Social Media, Digital and market teams to ensure alignment and consistent delivery
- Support implementation and launch of Customer Experience initiatives in collaboration with CX, Operations, Digital/IT and Product teams
- Ensure UX and brand consistency across CX initiatives and digital applications and track launch performance
- Partner with digital and product teams to support digital transformation initiatives and improve customer journeys and digital funnels
- Define marketing and CX KPIs including awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, NPS, CSAT, CES and digital funnel metrics
- Create and deliver clear, concise performance reports with insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Operations teams to influence stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
- Possess 8β10 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing within a complex or regional organization
- Demonstrate experience leading marketing project workstreams and supporting digital initiatives
- Exhibit strong familiarity with digital marketing channels, platforms, tools and performance measurement
- Demonstrate experience supporting Customer Experience delivery, customer journey improvement or digital applications
- Show capability to define, track and report on marketing and CX Key Performance Indicators
- Demonstrate ability to contribute to marketing strategy development and translate insights into actionable plans
- Exhibit strong stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Demonstrate experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Operations teams
- Experience in health insurance, healthcare or financial services marketing is considered beneficial
