Job description
The Senior Manager - Destination Operations Planning at Mobility Co., a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects to build robust operational systems and platforms that support mobility services for the Red Sea destination. The role entails full-cycle project management from planning, execution, and monitoring to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, profitability, and efficiency. This position requires overseeing enterprise systems implementation (ERP, CRM, procurement systems), coordinating with Technology, Procurement, and Finance departments, and ensuring business requirements are translated into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations, aligning project deliverables with financial reporting and internal controls, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. The Senior Manager will proactively identify risks, establish mitigation strategies, and provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders. Additional duties involve promoting continuous improvement, mentoring team members, and driving operational excellence. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related field, with at least 7 years of project management experience. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana), financial reporting systems (Excel, SAP, Power BI), and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-modular business projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and scope while aligning with business goals
- Coordinate development of business requirements and translate into system implementations
- Collaborate with Technology, Procurement, and Finance teams for integrated project delivery
- Oversee procurement lifecycle including vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ, and contract negotiation
- Ensure financial alignment by coordinating with accounting teams on data flows, cost tracking, and audit compliance
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and issue logs
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on project performance, KPIs, and risks
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial controls, and compliance standards
- Promote continuous improvement and international best practices in operations and systems
- Mentor junior colleagues and foster collaboration across departments
- Drive business transformation projects with modular or phased approaches
- Simplify complex problems and deliver clear strategies across functional boundaries
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- Possess 7+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, procurement systems)
- Show experience in business analysis, technology coordination, procurement, and financial alignment
- Hold PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred)
- Be proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen and ability to partner with accounting teams
- Be experienced in modular or phased business transformation projects
- Possess advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
