Job description
Roche is seeking a Saudi National to serve as People & Culture (HR) Business Partner for its Diagnostics Division in KSA and Kuwait. Based in Riyadh, this role supports over 175 employees in Saudi Arabia and 40 in Kuwait, partnering with leadership teams to build and execute the People & Culture strategy. The role focuses on talent retention, leadership development, employee engagement, and navigating organizational complexity, while being part of Roche’s regional and global HR networks.

Key responsibilities
- Build the Country People & Culture strategy and ensure implementation through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as a coach to leadership teams in KSA and Kuwait.
- Act as a strategic and enterprise thinker for Roche KSA, Kuwait, and the broader P&C organization.
- Design and deliver solutions that align with Roche’s business and people goals.
- Be part of country leadership teams to ensure people and culture are core organizational priorities.
- Leverage the P&C global network to find solutions and inspiration.
- Foster authentic dialogue at all levels to unlock employee potential.
- Translate business needs into people priorities with tangible impact on retention and development.
- Diagnose P&C needs and implement interventions for retention, change leadership, engagement, and leadership development.
- Support complexity navigation and performance elevation through leadership effectiveness and collaboration.
Experience & skills
- Saudi National (mandatory due to local regulations).
- University Degree required.
- Solid HR/P&C experience in an international business environment.
- Experience guiding HR teams and working as an individual contributor in a flat organization.
- Proven results in translating business needs into people priorities with impact on retention and leadership.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
- High self-awareness and strong enterprise mindset.
- Ability to manage complexity and foster skills/mindsets in open systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
