Job description
Reactive ticket support isn't the ambition here, a managed employee experience is, and this Vice President - Digital Workspace role exists to make that shift real across every Aldar office. You own the technology experience of every Aldar employee, covering service desk, end-user support, end-user software and devices, audio-visual and meeting room technology, and technology support for corporate events. Digital workspace strategy gets defined and evolved across devices, end-user software, collaboration tools and workplace technology. Employee experience measures, experience-level agreements alongside traditional service levels, are established and managed directly. The workspace estate is standardized across the Group and its subsidiaries, cutting down on variants and local exceptions. Group service desk and end-user support services are owned end to end, delivered through outsourced IT Managed Services, with first-contact resolution, self-service adoption and support automation all pushed forward. Audio-visual and meeting room technology across the Group's offices stays reliable and consistent, and workplace technology for new offices and refurbishments gets planned alongside Corporate Services. The end-user device and software lifecycle, covering standards, provisioning, refresh, patching coordination and retirement, sits fully within your ownership, in partnership with Information Security and Technology Governance.
