Job description
Responsible for leading and managing the inside sales function for Bayut and dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group digital marketplace ecosystem. Oversees a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives, and coordinators responsible for selling digital advertising and marketplace products through phone-based engagement and periodic client visits. Ensures the team meets productivity targets, service-level agreements, and conversion goals while maintaining high levels of customer service quality. Provides structured training, mentoring, and coaching to team members to strengthen product knowledge, improve sales performance, and support professional development. Works closely with management to support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Monitors sales performance metrics, prepares detailed performance reports, and generates monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to guide operational planning. Ensures adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory standards while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Utilizes CRM platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce along with analytical tools like Microsoft Excel to monitor pipeline performance, track sales activities, and maintain operational efficiency. Maintains customer relationships by interacting directly with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and occasionally conducting client visits to strengthen engagement and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives, and coordinators responsible for selling company products through phone-based sales and periodic client engagement
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds productivity targets while maintaining 100 percent accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and operational standards
- Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements related to sales volumes, customer service quality, and number of clients converted
- Develop team capabilities by providing coaching, structured feedback, skill development opportunities, and continuous performance monitoring to help team members achieve targets
- Support recruitment activities by assisting management in the hiring process, onboarding, and training of new team members within the inside sales function
- Address team member queries and operational issues while supervising work quality and ensuring compliance with company policies and performance guidelines
- Set, track, and evaluate sales targets for the team while implementing strategies to improve performance and ensure adherence to company regulations
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate best practices, operational updates, and performance expectations while maintaining team alignment with organizational goals
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports detailing team performance, mission objectives, deadlines, and operational outcomes
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts while supporting strategic planning and sales pipeline management
- Provide quality customer service through direct client interactions including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and occasionally conducting client visits
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in telesales or inside sales operations
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing teams of telesales executives or sales representatives
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms including Zendesk and Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing team interactions and customer relationships
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to address operational and sales performance challenges
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales initiatives, team workflows, and performance metrics
