Investment Analyst within a venture capital environment responsible for supporting the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities in startups and emerging technology companies. The role includes conducting market research, sector mapping, and financial analysis to identify viable investment opportunities. The analyst builds and maintains financial models, performs valuations, and supports due diligence processes including financial and commercial assessments of target companies. Responsibilities include preparing investment recommendations, presenting findings to the investment committee, and tracking deal flow and portfolio performance.
