Job description
Business Banking Aspire clients rely on this Senior Virtual Relationship Officer to manage their assigned portfolio through structured virtual engagement, building an in-depth understanding of each client's business, financial position and service needs. You maintain regular contact plans, review account activity, respond to enquiries and record all interactions accurately in approved systems to support client satisfaction, retention and portfolio performance. New client opportunities get identified and progressed through virtual and digital channels, qualifying prospects and supporting end-to-end onboarding in line with approved processes. Existing relationships get reviewed for cross-sell opportunities, with suitable products and services recommended to support revenue growth, balances and fee income. Structured needs analysis draws on client information, account behavior and discussions to identify appropriate banking solutions across deposits, lending and transactional offerings. Client activity and portfolio performance get monitored for early warning indicators and changes in risk profile, and credit applications, renewals and reviews get prepared in close coordination with credit, risk and compliance teams. Digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile apps and virtual banking platforms, get promoted and supported through client onboarding and self-service guidance. Compliance runs through everything, from AML and KYC requirements to internal policies, documentation and audit support, with potential issues escalated and agreed actions implemented to uphold ADCB's governance standards.
