Job description
Accenture is seeking a Security Consulting Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support organizations in developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives. The role operates within Accenture Technology and focuses on advising clients across cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and security architecture. The Security Consulting Analyst works with stakeholders to develop cybersecurity policies, threat landscapes, and control frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy, enterprise risk management processes, and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, advising senior management on protection and detection capabilities, supporting security requirements across RFPs, projects, and change management processes, and ensuring systems and architectures comply with defined cybersecurity architecture guidelines throughout their lifecycle. The position promotes cybersecurity value across organizations, translates emerging cybersecurity trends into strategic considerations, and supports secure system acquisition and development from a consulting perspective.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational business objectives
- Work with stakeholders to develop cybersecurity policies and supporting documentation
- Ensure cybersecurity requirements for IT systems align with the organization’s cybersecurity strategy
- Develop and customize cyber threat landscapes based on organizational context
- Review and assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls against strategic goals
- Advocate cybersecurity topics with senior management and brief leadership on required controls
- Ensure protection and detection capabilities align with cybersecurity strategy and policies
- Periodically review cybersecurity strategies and policies to maintain regulatory and legislative compliance
- Advise on security requirements for RFPs, projects, and change management processes
- Ensure acquired or developed systems comply with cybersecurity architecture guidelines
- Support security architecture design and systems security engineering throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate ability to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements
- Exhibit knowledge of enterprise risk management processes and cybersecurity risk assessment methods
- Maintain understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends
- Demonstrate knowledge of IT strategy alignment and identification of business-critical systems
- Exhibit strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities
