Supporting the AVP, Data Analysis & Reporting and the Head of Business Governance, this Senior Analyst at FAB's Al Jaddaf Building in Dubai turns Consumer Banking data into decisions. Data comes from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems, and keeping it accurate is the first job. Management reports, dashboards and performance packs go out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Power BI and other BI tools drive the push to automate as much of that reporting as possible. CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management and conversion metrics are tracked closely, as are digital adoption, customer flows and sales funnel performance. Ad hoc and detailed analyses answer specific business questions, and proactive performance reviews lead to practical recommendations. Business, technology and compliance teams bring you into strategic projects, regulatory requirements and process improvements. Expect to bring at least 3 years in business intelligence, analytics or reporting in banking, strong SQL and advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI, OBIEE or Business Objects.
