Job description

The Project Manager – Data Centre at Turner & Townsend Doha is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within cost, and meeting quality, sustainability, and safety standards. The role includes precontract and post-contract management, governance, risk monitoring, compliance auditing, and stakeholder liaison. The Project Manager will support design, procurement, permitting, construction, and handover processes, participate in technical meetings, stage gateway reviews, and performance monitoring, and ensure effective communication and reporting across all project activities. This role requires expertise in construction management, contractual and commercial awareness, project reporting, and management of KPIs, invoices, and contracts, with strong data centre and buildings sector experience.
