Experience & skills
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar machining role
- CEFR CA or higher English communication proficiency
- Effective communication and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong applied engineering mathematics knowledge
- Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and schematics
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Capable of working under guidance from senior positions
