Job description
Hiring, payroll, residency renewals, work permits, accommodation and procurement all run at high volume at Botanica Red Sea, and mistakes in any of them directly affect people's pay and legal status. This Director, Support Services leads the enabling functions that keep that from happening, covering Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Government Relations, Procurement, Administration and HSSE & Compliance, plus IT coordination with RSG Group. On the finance side, the remit runs from month-end close and contract-level P&L to VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance, cash flow forecasting and audits. Leadership needs a true cost picture by business unit so pricing and investment decisions rest on real numbers. Workforce planning, payroll, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance sit within HR, along with accommodation, welfare and policies coordinated with Group HR in SuccessFactors. Procurement runs through the Senior Manager, Procurement, with supplier contracts covering plants, imports, inputs, equipment and services. A Shared Services team of 17 FTE reports into the role, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37301 systems apply across the department. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration and at least 15 years of experience, including 7 leading finance, HR or shared services in KSA, with SOCPA, CMA, CPA or an MBA preferred. Fluent Arabic and English are required.
