Consultant – AI Software Engineer within Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) in Assurance, joining the Data & AI team to provide advisory services focused on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). Designs, builds, and operationalizes scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies on Azure, AWS, and GCP; integrates large language models (LLMs), automates workflows with GenAI, and embeds AI capabilities into business processes. Works hands-on with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace, and OpenAI APIs to build and fine-tune LLMs for use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation. Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align AI solutions to strategic goals and deliver measurable business impact; manages up to two projects, supports timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements, executes the FAAS service delivery framework, coordinates with other service lines for integrated delivery, monitors performance against budget, tracks emerging AI trends, evaluates innovative AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock), and supports go-to-market efforts. Role based in Abu Dhabi with remote support to MENA clients and travel as required; engages across domains such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, and Telecom while demonstrating proactivity, accountability, and results-driven execution.
