The Senior Filmmaker will lead the creative development and execution of film projects, from concept to delivery, while managing production teams and integrating AI-driven tools to optimize workflow and output quality. Key responsibilities
- Lead creative development, storyboarding, and scripting for film projects
- Direct shoots with clear creative vision, managing both talent and technical crews
- Oversee editing and post-production using traditional and AI-based tools
- Apply AI solutions for editing, script analysis, voice cleanup, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand strategy
- Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Mentor and guide junior filmmakers and editors
- Drive innovative production workflows and promote AI integration in filmmaking
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or Visual Production preferred
- Minimum 2 years of filmmaking experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in directing, editing, and creative concept development
- Ability to deliver projects across multiple platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and production tools
