Cognizant is hiring a Service Line Specialist specialized in Intelligent Automation for the fast-paced Middle East region (UAE/SAUDI/QATAR). This role is responsible for generating opportunities for consulting, automation, and operational analytics services across the region. You will collaborate with client partners and delivery teams to identify opportunities and sell IPA programs, leveraging deep industry and technology expertise. Based in Riyadh, this SME role supports regional sales expansion, automation portfolio growth, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Lead IPA sales processes, presenting business value propositions to top prospects.
- Collaborate with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and Delivery Managers to generate new leads and expand automation programs.
- Assess industry verticals and prioritize advisory and automation offerings aligned with customer pain points.
- Drive pipeline growth and meet IPA sales objectives across the region.
- Expand Cognizant’s automation footprint within existing client accounts.
- Support team performance and foster collaborative sales execution.
- Manage and grow client relationships jointly with account teams.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Intelligent Process Automation tools and their application to client needs.
- Travel regularly across the region to engage clients, attend industry events, and build Cognizant’s IPA ecosystem.
Experience & skills
- Business degree with 8+ years of experience selling IT, ITES, or consulting services in the Middle East.
- Proven experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
- Track record of supporting account teams and building internal/external partnerships.
- Strong understanding of nearshore and offshore delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead IPA initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Middle East.
