Job description
Zain Bahrain is hiring fresh graduates and university students for its Zain Youth â Retail Sales program in Manama. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to launch your career in telecom sales and customer service. Youâll play a key role in delivering excellent service, processing sales, handling billing and account updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This hands-on role suits energetic individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchasing products and services including mobile lines, handsets, and accessories.
- Provide top-tier customer service and respond to inquiries regarding billing, payments, and accounts.
- Work closely with team members to manage store operations including opening, closing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle and secure cash transactions; reconcile payments with system records daily.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments.
- Contribute feedback on customer experiences to enhance product and service offerings.
- Ensure the storeâs appearance and maintenance is upheld and reported if needed.
- Support stock management and coordinate with team leader for inventory control.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and meet sales performance goals.
Experience & skills
- University student (2nd year or above) or recent graduate.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Experience in retail or service industries is a plus but not required.
- Motivated to learn, perform under pressure, and exceed performance targets.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
