Job description
Restaurant partner acquisitions, group-level commission rates and ad revenue are the numbers this Director of Sales answers for in Doha. Sales and account management strategy, reporting and the teams behind them all sit under you, and the role is fully on-site. Key accounts, including international brands across the region, are acquired and managed at group level, and VIP and AAA clients look to you as their escalation point. Quarterly and annual sales objectives, target plans, policies and performance metrics go out to Country Sales teams, with performance tracked across acquisitions, closures, promotions, campaigns and account management. Salesforce sits at the centre of daily analysis, from customer statistics and competitor activity to data integrity and commission trackers. Logistics and marketing are close partners on vendor operations and topline campaigns. Expansion strategy is part of the brief too, with growth experiments run inside a calculated risk assessment process. Fluent Arabic is mandatory, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing and experience leading a sales team of 15 or more against quarterly and annual targets. AdTech expertise and strong analytical rigour are expected.
