Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager ā Sales Capture to join its Resources Client Group in Abu Dhabi, focusing on sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas. The role is integral to driving business growth by leading sales pursuits, negotiating and closing deals, originating new opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions. This position requires strong industry knowledge, advanced sales capabilities, and the ability to influence key decision-makers across a diverse client base in the UAE and Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the qualification and shaping of large, complex sales opportunities within the Resources industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in sales pursuits
- Utilize deep sales process skills to enhance the sales journey and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals to drive profitable growth for Accenture
- Apply expert proficiency in Deal Shaping and the Accenture High Performance Selling Framework to secure successful outcomes
- Identify and originate new sales opportunities through strategic engagement with clients and industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within key client organizations
- Provide innovative solutions to complex client problems, leveraging Accentureās capabilities in digital transformation, sustainability, and operational efficiency
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and advising on key decisions across multiple teams
Experience & skills
- Extensive experience in sales within the Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or related Resources sectors
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex sales pursuits and negotiations
- Strong proficiency in Deal Shaping and sales frameworks
- Expertise in originating new opportunities and engaging with senior client stakeholders
- Capability to deliver innovative business solutions aligned with digital and sustainability goals
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the Resources industry in the UAE and Middle East
