Job description
The role serves as a senior communication advisor to the Technology leadership team within Aramcoâs IK Communications Alignment Division of the Executive Comms & Alignment Department of Corporate Communications. The Business Communication Partner (BCP) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a tailored communications strategy aligned with business and commercial interests of the Technology function and fully integrated with the overall Corporate Communication Strategy. The BCP acts as the lead communications interface between the Communication Strategy Department and the Technology function, coordinating all Technology communications workstreams and managing input from the Technology leadership team, the Communications Alignment Division and Public Affairs. The role includes stakeholder mapping and audience research, leveraging data-driven insights such as corporate reputation tracking, media analysis and benchmarking to shape strategic approaches, communication objectives and KPIs. It involves development of compelling multi-channel communication strategies, messaging and supporting materials composed of proof points, including press releases, key messages, FAQs, factsheets and strategic briefs for creative content such as motion infographics, videos and website materials. Responsibilities include identifying and developing a calendar of strategic speaking engagements for business leaders and subject matter experts, and creating clear communications objectives, KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and impact. The position requires a bachelorâs degree with advanced communications qualifications desirable, a minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in strategic communications in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector and technology domains, experience developing multi-channel strategies in global and diversified organizations, strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and project management capabilities, professional gravitas for executive engagement, ability to present to senior leaders and translate technical language into clear communication concepts and fluency in English with Arabic desirable.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs degree with advanced or professional qualifications in Communications desirable
- Possess a minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in strategic communications within Oil & Gas or Energy and technology sectors
- Demonstrate proven experience developing and delivering multi-channel corporate communications strategies in global, diversified and agile organizations
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Demonstrate professional gravitas, credibility and diplomacy to liaise with senior leaders and executives
- Show ability to confidently present communication strategies, activation plans and KPIs to senior executives
- Distil technical information and objectives into clear and compelling communication concepts for stakeholders
- Be fluent in written and verbal English with Arabic desirable
