Job description
Around 2,000 end users across the Middle East region depend on the team this role leads, with engineers spread across several countries under a single point of contact for technical issues. You'll manage a team of six engineers, building a collaborative environment where problem-solving happens without waiting for escalation. Business leaders across the region get direct access to this role, since aligning IT services with business objectives requires ongoing conversation rather than a one-off requirements document. Reported issues get analyzed and corrected to keep service standards high, with performance and policy adherence reported back to leadership on a regular basis. Project management runs through the job too, coordinating everything from new office setups to strategic technology deployments while tracking timelines and budgets. Desktop management, office automation and general operating systems form the technical foundation, alongside troubleshooting across both software and hardware. Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and Intune all come into daily use, not as occasional tools but as the systems this role lives in. User feedback gets gathered directly from the community, feeding into solutions that improve the overall experience. Even with a team of six in place, hands-on day-to-day support for end users remains part of the role.
