Job description
As a Senior Product Manager ā Issuing Solutions for Pismo at Visa in Dubai, you will play a critical role in the rapid expansion across CEMEA, using your product management, leadership, and delivery skills to drive Pismoās growth. You will define the regional expansion strategy and GTM for Pismo by assessing market opportunity, business case and growth potential for Core Banking and Processing services, collaborate with Pismo and regional teams to guarantee platform readiness while accounting for local legal and regulatory requirements, support business model design and develop regional roadmaps integrating Visa or partner capabilities. You will contribute to implementing a regional strategy aligned with global objectives, prioritize and execute commercial goals for Pismo, identify and execute platform upgrades to meet client needs and local market conditions, support competitive analysis, customer insights and market studies, assess new market opportunities and potential partnerships including alternative sales models, influence budget and financial planning by offering insights into revenue opportunities and costs, develop and execute training programs and information materials for market teams, prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across Visa functions including Consulting & Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Communications, Finance, and Client Services. This role supports a startāup mentality team with global support and involves hybrid working with expectation of days in office to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Key responsibilities
- Define the regional expansion strategy and goātoāmarket plan for Pismo in CEMEA
- Prioritize and execute commercial goals for Pismo during CEMEA expansion
- Identify and implement upgrades to Pismo to address client and market needs
- Support competitive analysis and customer insights to inform new features and capabilities
- Assess new market opportunities and potential partnerships including through system integrators
- Influence budget and financial planning by providing insights into revenue opportunities and costs
- Develop and deliver training programs and information materials for market teams to sell and deploy Pismo
- Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal Visa teams including Consulting & Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Communications, Finance, and Client Services
- Work handsāon with clients and support clientāfacing teams to translate evolving market, client, and consumer needs into product solutions
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree
- Experience in the payments industry, preferably in product management or strategy at an Issuer, Issuer Processor, or Core Banking platform provider
- Understanding of Issuer Core Banking & Processing, related regulations, and market competitiveness across CEMEA
- Proven leadership in driving solution delivery and creating commercial & revenue opportunities based on market and client demand
- Expertise in scaling and distributing products/services within a technology company, focused on overcoming commercial, technical, industry, and internal challenges
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical skills, and deep understanding of new technology, processing business models, and profitability drivers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipābuilding skills, with ability to navigate a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities under time constraints
