Job description
The PR & Influencer Executive for Marks & Spencer (M&S) at Al-Futtaim is responsible for amplifying the brandâs visibility across fashion and food segments through impactful PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives. The role blends creativity and analytical precisionâcrafting compelling brand stories, managing agency relationships, and executing activations that drive engagement and sales. The Executive will coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all communications, while leveraging influencer and media networks to enhance market presence. This position demands strong project management, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate brand strategies into measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted PR campaigns to build awareness and media engagement across fashion and food verticals
- Manage influencer partnerships and agencies to deliver authentic, high-impact content across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Plan and execute seasonal press events and influencer activations to boost brand visibility
- Collaborate with mall partners and event organizers to include M&S in high-profile retail activations and community programs
- Analyze campaign performance, influencer metrics, and media coverage to evaluate ROI and optimize future strategies
- Foster brand community engagement through in-store events, customer activations, and loyalty-building initiatives
- Align with Marks & Spencer UK and Al-Futtaim central teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution
- Prepare detailed reports on media reach, influencer engagement, and community initiatives to track progress against goals
- Coordinate with internal merchandising and marketing teams to align communication strategies with product launches
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitive activities to inform PR and influencer strategies
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in media relations, influencer marketing tools, and campaign monitoring systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to craft persuasive narratives
- Experience managing multiple agencies and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Creative thinker with an understanding of content trends and social media engagement strategies
- Ability to plan and execute events aligned with brand objectives
