Job description
The Account Executive (B2B) role focuses on taking Mamo Business to its target audience by owning and executing business development and sales activities across the full customer lifecycle. The position involves identifying and generating industry-specific leads through cold outreach and networking, owning the full sales cycle from first contact through signed deals and activation, delivering product demos, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. The role requires developing acquisition strategies, engaging key decision-makers, maintaining accurate pipelines and forecasts in CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce, collaborating with Customer Success for seamless handovers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance during onboarding, and sharing market and customer insights with Product and Sales teams. The role operates within a fintech, SaaS, and payments context across the GCC, supporting Mamo’s mission of driving financial inclusion through scalable business solutions.

- Deliver product demos, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts
- Develop acquisition strategies and engage key decision-makers to drive deal closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and activation
- Use product expertise to tailor fintech and payments solutions to customer needs
- Share market insights and customer feedback with Product and Sales teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance during customer onboarding
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments across the GCC
- Demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce and experience managing full sales cycles
