Job description
The Creative Solutioning Manager within Mastercardâs Advisors Creative Desk is responsible for ensuring in-house creative services are properly scoped, costed, positioned, and bundled into broader Mastercard Services offerings, enabling avoidance of third-party creative spend and supporting profitable business growth across EEMEA. The role partners with Marketing Services, Sales, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement leads, commercialization teams, and Creative Strategists to define client opportunities, compose custom creative-powered marketing solutions, interpret data, and shape strategies for entry into new markets. Responsibilities include leading the scoping of internal project briefs, defining deliverables, timelines and costings, ensuring alignment among internal teams, and preventing third-party cost exposure. The role also evaluates data and creative requirements, presents strategic recommendations, supports ACDâs expansion into new regions, monitors early executions, prepares monthly stakeholder reports with quantitative metrics and qualitative updates, and contributes to internal enablement, awareness campaigns, and process improvements. It supports EMEA Creative Solutioning leadership on positioning, adoption, and growth of ACD services, acting as a strategic connector across teams while driving alignment, innovation, and integration of creative-powered marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the scoping of project briefs from Marketing Services and internal stakeholders by defining deliverables, timelines, and costings to ensure alignment and minimize third-party cost exposure.
- Act as a core partner with Marketing Services and Sales by bridging internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project setup and consistent alignment.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to review, analyze, and present strategic recommendations for result-driven creative-powered marketing solutions.
- Support ACDâs entry into new markets by shaping engagement strategies, monitoring initial project execution, and embedding ACD as a trusted regional partner.
- Prepare and deliver monthly stakeholder reports combining quantitative metrics and qualitative updates such as case studies and internal initiatives.
- Support ACD EEMEA Leadership on strategic initiatives including internal enablement programs, awareness campaigns, and process improvement projects.
- Assist the EMEA Creative Solutioning Lead in driving growth, positioning, and adoption of ACD services across the region.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable creative scopes.
- Show knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing focused on brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement ability and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
