The Executive Manager – Investment Products within Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) Corporate and Investment Banking Group is responsible for driving implementation of global and regional product strategy and ensuring competitive investment product offerings across segments and channels to support the growth targets of the Wealth Management business. The role involves conducting and overseeing due diligence on potential investment products, building financial models, and providing competitive analysis. The position requires rolling out new investment products, implementing product platforms, maintaining product offerings, and reducing complexity within the product portfolio. The role includes product governance and documentation responsibilities, reviewing and assessing product approvals, ensuring approvals are correctly obtained, documented, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position involves preparing and overseeing high-quality product presentations for internal committees and external client presentations, ensuring accuracy of presented information, reviewing product material reports, and ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dissemination. The role also includes assisting in implementation of regulatory license requirements, overseeing allocated licenses, managing regulatory reporting responsibilities, and ensuring timely regulatory submissions. The Executive Manager manages team performance in line with ADCB people management policies, organizes and supervises team activities to achieve targets and deliver business plans aligned with policies, processes, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities include recommending and implementing improvements to departmental policies, processes, and procedures, managing continuous improvement initiatives, motivating teams to identify improvements, and delivering customer service aligned with ADCB Service Standards. The role operates within ADCB Corporate and Investment Banking Group which supports more than 40,000 commercial, corporate, and institutional clients, offering solutions ranging from account opening to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), with operations in the United Arab Emirates and regional offices in Egypt and Kazakhstan, bridging banking corridors across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Key responsibilities
- Drive implementation of global and regional investment product strategies by conducting comprehensive research, analysis, due diligence, and onboarding activities for investment products, including building financial models, performing competitive analysis, assessing market trends, evaluating product suitability across client segments, and ensuring alignment with Wealth Management growth targets and business objectives
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes for potential investment products, including financial modeling, risk assessment, performance benchmarking, regulatory compliance checks, documentation review, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure investment products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
- Roll out new investment products and manage implementation of product platforms by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining product offerings, reducing product complexity, ensuring operational readiness, managing product lifecycle activities, and supporting distribution channels across segments within the Corporate and Investment Banking and Wealth Management business
- Oversee product governance and documentation by reviewing product approvals, ensuring correct documentation, validating regulatory compliance, aligning with internal policies and procedures, managing audit requirements, and maintaining governance standards for all investment products within the portfolio
- Prepare and oversee high-quality reporting and presentations, including internal committee documentation, external client presentations, product material reports, performance updates, and strategic analysis while ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and appropriate dissemination of information across stakeholders
- Assist in implementation of regulatory license requirements, manage allocated regulatory licenses, oversee regulatory reporting responsibilities, ensure timely submission of reports, maintain compliance with regulatory authorities, and coordinate with internal compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory obligations
- Manage and supervise team performance in line with ADCB people management policies, organize team activities, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance against targets, ensure delivery of business plans, and promote operational efficiency through structured management of policies, processes, procedures, and systems
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, processes, and procedures, manage continuous improvement initiatives, support innovation in investment product offerings, ensure delivery of customer service aligned with ADCB Service Standards, and contribute to overall business growth and operational excellence
Experience & skills
- Possess at least 8 years of experience within a financial services firm with demonstrated expertise in investment product development, including research, due diligence, financial modeling, competitive analysis, product rollout, and lifecycle management within Wealth Management or Corporate and Investment Banking environments
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in product governance, regulatory compliance, product approvals, documentation standards, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring investment products comply with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk management standards
- Show proven experience in implementing product platforms, managing investment product portfolios, supporting distribution channels, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness for new investment product launches
- Exhibit experience preparing high-quality product presentations, internal committee documentation, client-facing materials, and performance reports, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives and strategic direction
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory license requirements, regulatory reporting obligations, and compliance frameworks applicable to investment products within Corporate and Investment Banking and Wealth Management environments
- Possess experience managing teams, supervising staff, organizing workflows, monitoring performance, implementing policies and procedures, and delivering business objectives within structured financial services environments
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics and demonstrate professional experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Wealth Management investment products, and financial markets including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Demonstrate experience in process improvement, policy implementation, operational governance, and customer service delivery aligned with banking service standards and best-in-class investment product management practices
