Job description

The role manages end-to-end implementation for VAS, Roaming, Signaling, and Digital Enablement nodes, overseeing project plans, CRs, CCRs, DCRs, TF forms, and Maximo workflow management. Responsibilities include planning new CRs with the planning team, coordinating target dates with stakeholders, engaging vendors on implementation issues, and managing vendor teams as a project manager through completion and handover to Service Operations. The position contributes technical requirements for RFPs, reviews vendor responses, manages implementation of network nodes and upgrades/expansions, supervises and conducts acceptance testing, and collaborates with CORE, Operations/IP, ISRM, and IT to achieve organizational objectives. It includes reporting implementation activities to management for VAS, Roaming, Voice, and Digital Enablement, participating in RFP, RFI, and RFQ stages to define solution implementation requirements, evaluating options with planning teams, and issuing PRs, PACs, and FACs with accountability for planned realization. The role demands advanced technical skills, hands-on configuration and system architecture experience, multi-project management capability, troubleshooting skills, and strong coordination and communication abilities.
