Job description
The Partner Manager - C&C at du will be responsible for presenting and implementing the du partner proposition to strategic partners across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will be expected to recruit, onboard, and manage partners while ensuring sales targets, customer satisfaction, and quality standards are met. The role plays a critical part in building partner ecosystems aligned with duās SME strategy and expanding the telcoās presence through third-party partnerships. This is a customer-facing and target-driven role requiring deep understanding of telecom services, channel development, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities
- Present du partner proposition and onboard qualified third-party partners
- Support partners to achieve revenue targets and monitor order fulfillment
- Coordinate closely with partners on large sales opportunities
- Ensure adequate partner coverage to meet geographic sales objectives
- Drive revenue growth by promoting mobile and fixed value-added services
- Maintain partner motivation through regular meetings and performance reviews
- Facilitate training on du products and services for all partners
- Engage with SME hubs like Hub71 to build presence in startup ecosystems
- Ensure brand visibility and market footprint in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain retail
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in telecom/IT sales, 3+ years in channel/partner management
- Strong knowledge of telecom services (mobile/fixed), channel models (VNO/SI/VAR)
- Understanding of local UAE telecom landscape and regulatory ecosystem
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue via third-party models
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, sales tracking, and SLA compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and customer orientation
